Draft pending counsel review. These Pilot Terms supplement the Terms of Service during the invite-only period. They sunset when self-serve signup opens.
Effective from: (pending) Last updated: 27 May 2026 These Pilot Terms apply to customers using Brand Atlas during the invite-only pilot period in 2026. They supplement (and where they conflict with, prevail over) the standard Terms of Service for the duration of the pilot. When self-serve signup opens, these Pilot Terms sunset, and the standard Terms of Service apply unchanged.

1. The Service in pilot

During the pilot:
  • The Service is being actively developed; features may change, be added, or be removed.
  • Some pages of the documentation describe features that are not yet generally available.
  • Performance and reliability are improving steadily but are not at general-availability quality.
  • Customer feedback is essential and welcome.

2. As-is

The Service is provided as is during the pilot. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. The standard Service warranties (such as they are) do not apply.

3. No SLA

No SLA applies during the pilot. The SLA referenced in the standard Terms does not bind us during this period. We aim for the same operational standards as we will at general availability, but you should not rely on Brand Atlas for time-critical work during the pilot.

4. May change or end

Brand Atlas may, during the pilot:
  • Change features or behaviours without the 30-day notice the standard Terms provide.
  • Discontinue specific features.
  • End the pilot in whole or in part.
We will, in good faith, give as much notice as possible and minimise disruption. Material changes will be communicated through the changelog and the brand owner’s email.

5. Feedback licence

By participating in the pilot, you grant Brand Atlas a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use feedback you provide (including bug reports, feature requests, comments, surveys) to improve the Service. We do not claim any rights to your Customer Content beyond what the standard Terms allow. We attribute feedback when publishing where appropriate (and with your permission); otherwise feedback is incorporated anonymously.

6. Confidentiality

The pilot Service includes pre-release features that are not yet public. Pilot participants agree to:
  • Not screenshot or publish material that shows pre-release features without checking with us first.
  • Not discuss publicly features that have not yet been announced.
  • Treat the Service as confidential to the extent it includes pre-release features.
This confidentiality obligation ends 12 months after the pilot ends, or sooner where Brand Atlas publishes the relevant feature. The confidentiality obligation does not prevent you from:
  • Using the Service for your brand’s work.
  • Discussing your overall experience with Brand Atlas in general terms.
  • Naming Brand Atlas as a tool you use (subject to standard tasteful usage of our marks).

7. Pricing during the pilot

Pilot pricing is published on the Tiers page. The pilot price may differ from the at-launch price; we will give 60 days’ notice of any price change for existing pilot customers when transitioning to general-availability pricing.

8. Liability

Our liability under these Pilot Terms is capped at the amount you have paid us during the pilot, with the same exclusions as the standard Terms. Where local law disallows these limits, they do not apply.

9. Data and continuity

Your brand record is treated with the same care during the pilot as it will be at general availability: If the pilot ends without transitioning to general availability (an outcome we do not expect), pilot customers will be given at least 90 days to export their brand records and migrate elsewhere.

10. Transition to general availability

When self-serve signup opens:
  • These Pilot Terms sunset.
  • The standard Terms of Service apply.
  • Pricing transitions to the published at-launch pricing (with 60 days’ notice for changes from the pilot price).
  • All pilot customers retain their atlases without interruption.
We do not require pilot customers to “re-sign up” at launch.

11. Withdrawal from the pilot

A pilot customer can withdraw at any time. The standard cancellation flow applies; the 30-day grace and export process work the same way during the pilot.

12. Governing law and disputes

The standard Terms’ governing law and dispute resolution clauses apply.

13. Changes to these Pilot Terms

We may update these Pilot Terms. Changes are announced through the changelog and (for material changes) via email to brand owners.
