1. The principle
Brand Atlas is a working tool for legitimate brand management. We extend latitude to the wide range of brands we serve, including brands whose work touches sensitive subjects (politics, faith, health, regulated industries). The AUP exists to draw the line at activities that are illegal, abusive, or that compromise the Service for other customers.2. Prohibited content
You may not use the Service to store, share, or distribute:- Illegal material. Content that violates applicable law in the jurisdiction of operation or the jurisdictions of the brand’s customers.
- Child sexual abuse material. Any such material is reported to authorities immediately.
- Content that infringes intellectual property. Logos, type, photography, or other material the customer does not have the right to use.
- Material designed to defame, harass, or threaten specific individuals or groups.
- Material that promotes violence or terrorism as legally defined.
- Material that breaches export controls or sanctions.
3. Prohibited activities
You may not:- Attempt to bypass authentication, access other customers’ atlases, or compromise the Service’s security.
- Scrape the Service beyond your own atlas’s content at rates that affect other customers.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email or to host phishing material.
- Reverse-engineer the Service to build a competing product.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in ways that mislead other customers.
- Use customer-supplied AI keys (Henry BYOK) for purposes other than Henry’s intended use.
- Use the Service to violate applicable AI regulation, including the EU AI Act’s transparency obligations where they apply.
4. Customer responsibility for team behaviour
You are responsible for the use of the Service by the team members and guests you grant access to. We do not actively monitor your atlas’s content beyond automated abuse detection. We rely on you to ensure your team’s use is within this AUP.5. Reports of AUP violations
If you become aware of a violation of this AUP on the Service, write to abuse@brandatlas.pro. We investigate every report and respond to the reporter where appropriate.6. Enforcement
We respond to AUP violations proportionately:- First, by notification. Where possible, we contact the brand owner to address the issue.
- By suspension. If the violation is ongoing or severe, the atlas is suspended; the brand owner has 14 days to address.
- By termination. If the violation cannot be resolved, the account is terminated; data is deleted per the standard retention schedule.
- By immediate termination. For violations that pose immediate risk (CSAM, active phishing, security incidents), the account is terminated without notice. Authorities are notified where legally required.
7. Appeals
A brand owner who believes a suspension or termination was wrongful can appeal to legal@brandatlas.pro. Appeals are reviewed by a person not involved in the original decision.8. Changes
We may update this AUP. Material changes are announced 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. What changed
