Last updated: 27 May 2026 This Notice supplements the Privacy Policy and is provided for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

1. Categories of personal information collected

In the previous 12 months, we have collected the categories of personal information listed below. We collect this information from:
  • The customer directly (during signup, configuration, billing).
  • The customer’s use of the Service (usage data, diagnostics).
  • Third-party identity providers when the customer uses Sign in with Google / Apple / Microsoft.

2. Purpose

We use the information collected for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy §2.

3. Sale and sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. The “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” right is not actionable in our context because we do not sell or share. We acknowledge the right; the practical exercise is the absence of sale/share to begin with.

4. Sensitive personal information

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require the right-to-limit notice. If our practices change, we will provide the required notice.

5. Retention

Categories of personal information are retained per the Data Retention and Deletion Policy.

6. Your rights as a California resident

You have the right to:
  • Know. What categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • Delete. Request deletion of personal information.
  • Correct. Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of sale/share. (Not applicable as we do not sell or share.)
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information. (Not applicable as we do not use sensitive PI for purposes requiring this notice.)
  • Non-discrimination. Exercising your rights does not result in discrimination.
To exercise these rights, write to legal@brandatlas.pro with the subject “California rights request.” We verify identity before fulfilling requests. We respond within 45 days, with a possible 45-day extension for complex requests.

7. Authorised agents

You may use an authorised agent to make a request. We will verify the agent’s authorisation and your identity.
