Effective from: (pending) Last updated: 27 May 2026 This Refund Policy explains when Brand Atlas refunds subscription payments. It applies to subscriptions purchased directly through the Service. Subscriptions purchased through resellers or partners are subject to the reseller’s policy.

1. Monthly plans

Monthly plans are non-refundable. A cancelled monthly plan continues to provide access until the end of the current billing period; no refund is issued for the unused portion of the current period.

2. Annual plans — 30-day window

Annual plans can be refunded within 30 days of payment on a prorated basis. The refund is calculated as:
Refund = Amount paid − (Daily rate × Days used)
The daily rate is the annual price divided by 365. The 30-day window starts on the date of payment.

3. Annual plans — after 30 days

After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable. The plan continues to provide access until the end of the annual period. The plan does not auto-renew if you cancel before the renewal date.

4. Specific circumstances

Tier downgrade

A downgrade does not produce a refund directly. The unused portion of the higher tier is credited against the lower tier. Effectively this means you continue to access the new lower tier for longer, rather than receiving a cash refund.

Account closure for cause (by us)

If we close an account for material violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, no refund is issued.

Account closure for cause (by you)

If you close the account due to a material failure on our part that we are unable to cure within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a prorated refund of the unused portion of the current period. Contact billing@brandatlas.pro to discuss.

Service unavailability

In the event of substantial Service unavailability, credits or refunds may be issued. We assess these case by case; the criteria are described in our SLA where one applies.

5. Consumer protection rights

Where local consumer protection law provides refund rights stronger than this Policy (for example, the UAE Consumer Protection Law, the EU Consumer Rights Directive, or UK consumer law), those rights apply and override this Policy to the extent of the conflict.

6. How to request a refund

Write to billing@brandatlas.pro with:
  • The account email.
  • The invoice number for the charge to be refunded.
  • The reason for the refund request.
We respond within five working days. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method and typically appear within 3-10 working days.

7. Chargebacks

Before raising a chargeback with your card issuer, please contact billing@brandatlas.pro. Most issues are resolved faster directly with us. Disputed chargebacks may result in the account being suspended pending resolution.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes are announced 30 days in advance.
