Annual plans are priced at ten months of the monthly rate, which works out to approximately 16% savings over twelve months of monthly billing. The trade-off is the upfront commitment. Both options have the same features; the only difference is the billing cadence and the discount.

Keeper$79$799~$66.58~16%
Guardian$199$1,999~$166.58~16%
The annual price is the only discount Brand Atlas offers as standard. There are no promotional codes, no introductory rates, and no “founder pricing” beyond what is published here.

When annual is the right choice

Annual makes sense when:
  • The atlas is in active, daily use and you have no expectation of stepping away in the next twelve months.
  • You prefer one invoice a year for accounting reasons.
  • You are willing to commit upfront to save the equivalent of two months’ subscription.
Most established brand owners on Keeper and Guardian are on annual. The savings are meaningful and the cadence suits the work.

When monthly is the right choice

Monthly makes sense when:
  • You are still in the first three months of using Brand Atlas and the right tier is still being established.
  • The brand has a known end date (a campaign brand, a temporary entity) and an annual commitment exceeds the useful life.
  • Your accounting prefers monthly subscriptions across the board.
  • You expect to switch tiers up or down in the near term and want the flexibility.

Switching between annual and monthly

You can switch from monthly to annual at any time. The change takes effect immediately; you are charged the annual rate (prorated against the current monthly period) and the next billing date moves to one year forward. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of the current annual period. The annual plan continues to its natural end; the next billing cycle starts as monthly. You cannot “convert” an unused portion of an annual plan into monthly credit; the annual plan you paid for runs its full term.

What happens to the annual plan if you downgrade tier

If you downgrade tier while on an annual plan (Guardian annual → Keeper, for example), the unused portion of the Guardian annual is credited against the cost of a Keeper annual. The remainder of the Guardian annual is converted to Keeper annual at the time of the downgrade. The net effect is that you pay no more than the difference and lose no time.

Refunds on annual

A prorated refund on an annual plan is available within 30 days of payment. After 30 days, the annual plan is non-refundable but continues until the end of its period. See the Refund Policy for the formal terms.
