Guardian is the full tier of Brand Atlas. It is the tier built for brands where the atlas is in continuous, organisation-wide use, where the volume of editorial work justifies AI assistance, and where the brand record needs to be kept indefinitely. Guardian adds Oswald, the editorial AI assistant, on top of everything Keeper offers.

Pricing

  • $199 / month, billed monthly.
  • $1,999 / year, billed annually (save approximately 16%).
Both options include the same features. See Annual vs monthly for the trade-off.

What Guardian includes

Everything Keeper includes, plus:
  • Unlimited team seats. Invite as many team members as the brand needs. The Editor role can be delegated freely.
  • Oswald. The editorial AI assistant. Drafts Horizons, proposes Update Request responses, reviews assets against the brand record. See What Oswald does. Brand Atlas covers Oswald’s usage; there is no separate per-message charge.
  • Active Horizons. Up to 25 active at a time. Archived Horizons do not count against the limit.
  • Build-with-Oswald. Draft a Horizon by describing it to Oswald in plain language. The fastest path to a new Horizon.
  • Unlimited Guest Passes. Useful for brands with many vendor and partner relationships.
  • Unlimited record history. The brand record is retained for the life of the account.
  • Priority email support. Four-hour acknowledgement within Asia/Dubai working hours.

What Guardian does not include

  • A separate enterprise SLA. A formal SLA contract is available on request for enterprise customers; the standard Guardian tier ships without a contractual SLA.
  • A dedicated success manager. Available as an add-on through MadeBy_, not bundled into Guardian.
  • A single-tenant deployment. Brand Atlas is a multi-tenant product. A single-tenant deployment is available through MadeBy_ as a custom engagement.

Who Guardian is for

Guardian is the right tier when:
  • The team using the brand is larger than five people, or spans multiple internal functions and external partners.
  • You are spending hours each week on routine editorial work (drafting, reviewing, summarising) that an AI assistant could handle to a point of approval.
  • The brand record needs to be retained indefinitely as part of the company’s records.
  • The brand stretches across multiple sub-brands, campaigns, or regions that justify more than five active Horizons.
  • MadeBy_ is engaged on a brand maintenance or brand evolution retainer; Oswald compounds the value of that engagement.

What Oswald changes

Oswald is the feature that most brand owners find changes how they work with the atlas. Three patterns are common:
  1. Horizons are drafted by description, not from blank. A brand owner describes a new sub-brand or campaign system in three or four sentences. Oswald drafts the Horizon structure and proposes content. The brand owner edits and publishes.
  2. Update Request responses become faster. A team member raises a request; Oswald drafts the change against the current brand record; the brand owner approves or edits. The cycle from request to applied change drops from days to minutes.
  3. Asset review becomes routine. Send Oswald a new marketing asset; it checks against the brand record and flags inconsistencies before the asset goes live.
The brand owner still decides. Oswald drafts; the brand owner approves.

Henry on Guardian

Henry remains available on Guardian as the team-facing read-only assistant. Henry and Oswald are complementary, not redundant. Henry answers team questions; Oswald drafts edits for the brand owner. The two assistants address different parts of the stewardship loop.
