Create an Atlas link
- In the sidebar, under Treasures, click Share Atlas. You will see your links sorted into Live, Revoked and Expired, and how many of your allowance you have used.
- Click Create new Atlas link. A panel opens on the right.
- Type a name in Name this link, such as the person or project it is for.
- Open Pages and tick the sections and Horizons to share. On Keeper and Guardian you can also open Folders and Links to add files from Brand Files.
- Open Expires and pick 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or Never expires. It starts at 30 days.
- Click Create Atlas link, then Copy, and send the link to whoever needs it.
Manage and revoke a link
On the Live tab, each link shows its views and expiry, with three buttons:- Edit changes the name, pages or expiry. The address stays the same, so links you have already sent keep working.
- Copy link copies the address again.
- Revoke cuts off access straight away and moves the link to Revoked.
Share a single file or folder
On Keeper and Guardian, open Brand Files, then choose Copy link on any file or folder. A link is made and copied in one click. These links never expire unless you set one, and they do not count towards your Atlas link allowance. The Shared tab in Brand Files lists every file and folder you have shared. From there you can Pause a link, Switch on a paused one, change how long it lasts, or Remove it for good. What your guest sees
Your guest opens the link in any browser, with no account. They see the pages you chose, read-only. If you shared files, they see Brand Files with two tabs, Shared files and Important links, and can download what is there. A revoked or expired link shows a page saying the link is unavailable.Good to know
- An expired link still counts towards your allowance until you delete it.
- During a free trial you can have up to 3 Atlas links.
