Plans: Scout, Keeper and Guardian. You can edit every section your plan includes. You edit a page right where you read it. Your changes save on their own to a private draft, and nobody reading your Atlas sees them until you press Publish.

Open a page for editing

  1. Go to the section you want to change, for example About.
  2. Click More actions (the three dots in the bar at the top of the page), then click Edit. If the section is empty, choose Start with a template or Start with an empty canvas instead.
  1. Click into the text and type. The bar now shows Add new, Undo and Redo on the left, and Close and Publish on the right.

Add and arrange blocks

A page is made of blocks: text, headings, lists, images, colour palettes and more.
  1. To add a block, type / on an empty line and pick from the list. Keep typing to narrow it down, for example /image.
  2. Or click Add new in the bar. A panel opens with the blocks in three tabs, Basics, Brand content and Layout & assets, and a preview of each. Click one to add it.
  1. Hover over any block to see its controls on the left: Insert block (+) opens the block panel to add one below it, Duplicate block copies it, Delete block removes it, and the grip lets you drag it somewhere else on the page.

Add an image

  1. Add an Image block, then drag an image onto Drag an image here, or click to browse, or click it to pick a file. You can also drag an image straight onto the page while you edit.
  2. Drag the corner handle to resize it. Click the image for Align left, Align center, Align right and Crop & zoom.

Save, publish or discard

  1. While you work, the bar shows Saving… and then Saved with the time. You never need to save by hand.
  2. Click Publish to make your changes live.
  3. To stop without publishing, click Close. Choose Save as draft to pick up later, or Discard draft to go back to the published version. Discarding a saved draft asks you to confirm, because it cannot be undone.

Good to know

  • A page with a saved draft shows an Unpublished changes label. Continue editing picks the draft up again, and Discard draft in More actions throws it away.
  • Images on a published page are filed in Brand Files, in the Pages folder. HEIC and TIFF images cannot be shown on the web, so save them as JPEG or PNG first.
  • To make every page wider, click the paintbrush button in the top bar and choose Wide. Normal puts it back. This changes the whole Atlas, not one page.
