# Sharing your brand

> Give anyone a read-only link to your brand pages and files, and switch it off whenever you like.

export const Screenshot = ({name, alt}) => {
  const SHOW_SCREENSHOTS = true;
  if (!SHOW_SCREENSHOTS) return null;
  return <Frame>
      <img className="block dark:hidden" src={`/images/${name}-light.png`} alt={alt} />
      <img className="hidden dark:block" src={`/images/${name}-dark.png`} alt={alt} />
    </Frame>;
};

**Plans:** Scout, Keeper and Guardian. Scout can have up to 3 Atlas links, Keeper 10 and Guardian unlimited. Sharing single files and folders, and adding Brand Files to an Atlas link, need Keeper or Guardian.

Sometimes the person who needs your brand does not have a login: a printer, a freelancer, a new agency. An **Atlas link** gives them a read-only view of the pages you choose, with its own name and expiry, and you can turn it off at any time. Everything you share lives on one page, **Share Atlas**.

## Create an Atlas link

1. In the sidebar, under **Treasures**, click **Share Atlas**. You will see your links sorted into **Live**, **Revoked** and **Expired**, and how many of your allowance you have used.

2. Click **Create new Atlas link**. A panel opens on the right.
3. Type a name in **Name this link**, such as the person or project it is for.
4. Open **Pages** and tick the sections and Horizons to share. On Keeper and Guardian you can also open **Folders** and **Links** to add files from Brand Files.
5. Open **Expires** and pick **7 days**, **30 days**, **90 days** or **Never expires**. It starts at 30 days.
6. Click **Create Atlas link**, then **Copy**, and send the link to whoever needs it.

You can also start a link from any published page: click the share button in the page's toolbar. The same panel opens with that page already ticked and named.

## Manage and revoke a link

On the **Live** tab, each link shows its views and expiry, with three buttons:

* **Edit** changes the name, pages or expiry. The address stays the same, so links you have already sent keep working.
* **Copy link** copies the address again.
* **Revoke** cuts off access straight away and moves the link to **Revoked**.

**Delete** removes a link and its address for good. On Guardian, **Re-invoke** brings a revoked or expired link back to life.

## Share a single file or folder

On Keeper and Guardian, open **Brand Files**, then choose **Copy link** on any file or folder. A link is made and copied in one click. These links never expire unless you set one, and they do not count towards your Atlas link allowance.

The **Shared** tab in Brand Files lists every file and folder you have shared. From there you can **Pause** a link, **Switch on** a paused one, change how long it lasts, or **Remove** it for good.

## What your guest sees

Your guest opens the link in any browser, with no account. They see the pages you chose, read-only. If you shared files, they see **Brand Files** with two tabs, **Shared files** and **Important links**, and can download what is there. A revoked or expired link shows a page saying the link is unavailable.

## Good to know

* An expired link still counts towards your allowance until you delete it.
* During a free trial you can have up to 3 Atlas links.
